Joined Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (currently Mizuho Bank) in 1988 and involved in financial product development as a member of financial service dept. Also worked for Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, Deputy structured finance dept. At SoftBank Finance, Corporate Planning Department, he founded Arsnova Research with MITSUI & CO. as a joint enterprise. After served as Strategic business manager, later the advisor at Mitsui & Co. Alternative Investments, he founded MANIES GROUP.

Takahiro Sawada

Joined MODEC in 2013. He engaged in the design and test run of FPSO (floating production storage and shipping facility) for Brazilian state oil companies. After that, he worked for AT Kearney and Pacifico Energy, and has been in his current position since 2020. He is mainly in charge of investment-type crowdfunding business.
Master of Systems Innovation, University of Tokyo. While attending school, he engaged in joint research with a steel company on explicit knowledge of tacit knowledge and obtained a patent.

Masato Hisamune

Joined Mitsui & Co. in 1985. In 2001, he became the founding president of Japan Alternative (currently Mitsui & Co. Alternative Investment), the first securities company of Mitsui & Co. During 2010-2012, he has served as General manager of Asset Management Division at Mitsui HQ, and during 2013-2018 served as Division Operating Officer of Innovation B.U. of Mitsui EMEA and SVP of Mitsui & Co., Europe.
Since the 90’s, he has been deeply engaged in the developing business and asset management of alternative investment, such as hedge funds, real estate, PE, ventures, infrastructure, and renewable funds. His philosophy is to promote diversity that draws on the experience of a multinational team leader.

After working as Deputy General manager of Japanese Business Division of Mizuho Bank Europe and General manager of Mizuho Securities Financial Products Development Dept., he joined Nikkiso (TSE Listed Medical Equipment Company) as a General manager. After working as Managing Executive Officer of Katokichi (TSE listed) and Executive Vice President of MT Lab (Mori Trust Group), he founded a consulting firm, Strategic Dominance in 2011 and has been President and Representative Director. He has also served as a representative director of Japan Business Strategy Research Institute and an outside director of Funai Electric, and has joined MANIES GROUP as an executive advisor since 2020.

He founded  Arsnova Research with MITSUI & CO. as a joint enterprise and ran fund for 15 years. After that, he has served as a Chief of financial market headquarter of au Jibun Bank. Participated in MANIES GROUP in 2022.

Masato Takahashi

Born in Osaka in 1959, graduated from Doshisha University, Faculty of Economics. Joined Recruit in 1982 (head of housing information, internet business, and automotive businesses). Joined Rakuten in 2007 (head of Rakuten Ichiba and other EC-related businesses). Became independent in 2017 and founded HBIP Inc., providing consulting services to entrepreneurs in a wide range of fields. Served as an outside director of four listed companies and has worked with entrepreneurs of almost 100 companies to date. Leveraging his expertise in IT/NET since 1995 and his extensive network of contacts, he works to solve all kinds of management issues.
